The Lancet Commission on Global Surgery is a multidisciplinary team of experts and decision-makers from around the world who have come together to assess and improve the delivery of surgical and anaesthesia care worldwide. The vision of the Commission is that all people should have access to safe, high-quality, affordable surgical and anaesthesia care when needed. In many low-resource settings, we know that access to surgery and anaesthesia is very limited and we would like your thoughts on how this could be improved.

This questionnaire is for providers who work in low- or middle-income countries. Your responses will help guide the work of the Commission. This questionnaire should take approximately five minutes to complete and your answers will be completely anonymous. You do not need to answer all of the questions.
